Crash

I have been having repeated crashes of the software, after 10-15 minutes it just shuts down, I can not burn a large image , and have scrapped much wood blanks

Are you using the most current software. They had to send me a link for drivers.

Are you running Windows? I had to update to win10 for some reason.

Hi Friend, did you use the computer to do other work while engraving the item, this will affect the software performance

many crashes have been while not using the computer

i had this because of a defective usb cable.

sometimes it stopped after working fine for 20 minutes.
