I created a 1 inch square with CorelDraw 5x. I then exported the image to a .jpg. I opened the file in CNCC as an "pict" set advance and CREATEd the G-Code.
After running the printer, the completed print is NOT a square inch; it's bigger than 1 inch square. Clearly the printer is scaling the print to be larger.
WHY? What is the scale factor?
I had the same Problems. Now i Export the file as a png, with 100dpi, and if i want 10cm, i Export the Image as 1000px. Then i put the step in the Software to 0,1 and with this i have an exact sized Output.
I also choose black/White for the png Export, and no anti aliasing.
