it's different, you get ignored all the time. no tracking code, if you order, no answer to e-mails. "provide better customer service hoping you could enjoy shopping at here."

yes after i start a dispute on paypal i get the tracking code, and item arrive today. sad that we need to go this way, because paypal e-mail was the same like the e-mail i request 3 times the tracking code. but on paypal dispute i get answer in 24 hours.

not really understand what is so hard to send a tracking code, or answer a e-mail ?? was not my first order, and always items arrive in 1-2 weeks, but as im in the philippines, like to know where is my $300 item im buy, because here lots of items get lose or stolen, or they hanging for weeks on the gustoms, and nobody inform you.

I emailed the laseraxe@hotmail.com email 3 times already with no response. Thanks for the heads up, glad to hear you got yours. I may have to dispute the payment to get the tracking info I guess

yes, problem is, if you start a dispute, you have to wait until you get the item. after laseraxe send me the tracking code, him e-mail me 3 times to close the dispute and i was the one ignore it and don't answer. simple because if i close the disput, i get no second chance to open a new one, in case delivery is broken or wrong. so you have to wait until you get the item and check it, before you close the dispute. note to laseraxe: that's was the reason why i don't close directly the dispute, and as i e-mail you several times for a tracking code without answer, i think i also don't have to answer, because you check your e-mail anyway only one times per month :)

provide better customer service its more easy for customer, and also for you self :)

I hope someone can read this post because I have 5 days trying to communicate with anyone on this company and no one is responding.... I have not received my tracking code or any other email saying that my product is on the way.... I need answers or GET MY MONEY BACK.....

@Rafael Lopez open a paypal dispute. It was the only way I was able to get any info about it. If they don't respond to that paypal can refund it for you.

hi, things not like what you thought.. we are a small company located in Jiangsu province. when we shipping the parts. 1st we need shipping the part to shenzhen or hongkong from our shop. this will cost 3-5 days. then wait @ the mailing agent place for 2-3 days. then we will get a tracking nubmer. some place the tracking number will change, we will wait for the last tracking number. that is why we cant send the tracking number on time. hope your guys can understand this, thanks

guys I wrote 2 emails requesting for information about the order which is not even appear in my orders, what the hell is going on? when am I going to get my machine or even see my order status?..... or how can I get my money back? I am angry with your costumer service and your total

adsence interets in costumer satisfaction...

lol, some things never change, if you want answer on e-mail, you need to start a dispute on paypal. chinese rule :) on chinese holyday celphones, computers and e-mails not works, because they shut down the internet in whole china :)
