And this seems to be a "feature" of the 15W lasers? I have the exact same issue and the end result is a useless machine.

It is a very disappointing thing that the Administrator of this site is so inactive. We need this device to work as advertised.

It looks like Laseraxe is a one man show, but where is he?

These public forums are like the 21st century shop window, this is where people look to see what kind of support and follow through a company has. Answering these posts daily and following through is critical to the success of any business venture like this.

How can I get my 15W laser operational again? It was a lot of money to pay for a desk ornament.

I have the same issue, the laser head lost a lot of power it is capable to cut plywood still, but it lost the power to engrave stainless no matter what the focus point I have tried different focus distances. I have been using this just like a really low power laser, so I have put some packaging tape on top of the stainless and then engrave this with the laser then apply some rubbing alcohol to get rid of the remaining glue from the tape then I need to apply electrochemical etching but it is a lot of things to do and the final result is not as good as it used to be when the laser was working properly.

I have tried changing all driver and all software but it didnt work it is like the diode suddenly lost power at least in my case
